1. Experience - In business since 1997, with approximately 400 closed resale transactions, we have seen it all and are prepared for any possible pitfalls. 2. Web Exposure - The saying “a picture is worth a thousand words” really applies to real estate. Most agents and buyers will first be introduced to your property through online photos. It is our job to be sure they are the best they can be and linked to numerous websites. We list our homes on nearly the major industry sites (Zillow, Trulia, etc).

3. Expert negotiation - Negotiation skills are fundamental to a successful real estate transaction.  We have received extensive training on advanced negotiation skills that allow us to close more deals and increase satisfaction.

4. Follow Up - Every agent that comes to show your home or view it at a broker event might have valuable information to share.  We follow up with every one of them and find out why their client is not making an offer on your house.  We share the feedback with you.

5. Marketing Material - Our marketing materials remain cutting edge in the industry and speak for themselves. Tolls include property brochures, 3D tours, professional photography, drone photography, virtual staging, online property distribution, and social media showcases.

6. Sign Calls - Calls go directly to us. We do our best to answer every call live.  Nobody answers the call that has not physically been inside the property.  Try that with one of the agents carrying 70 listings - you will weave through voice mail if you are calling during business hours  - only to speak to someone who has probably never seen the house you are calling about.  That phone is our business lifeline - we are available close to 14 hours a day to respond to buyer inquiries.

7. Flexibility - Having our own company we do not share our commission with any corporate entity.  This translates into savings for you.  We can be even more flexible if you are selling and buying with us.

8. Preparation - No other agent will spend as much time getting familiar with your potential competition, knowing about similar homes that are currently in escrow and recently sold.  We share the highlights with you. We provide a complete pre-listing, staging consultation to allow your home to shine when listed.

9. Hands on - Some agents carry as many as 70 plus active listings at any one time.  How do the customers get any personalized attention ?  What if 20 % of them need an open house the same weekend? Will your agent dispatch a new inexperienced  rookie to handle your open house ? Not us. Because we deal with a limited quantity of sellers at any one time we are able to give you and your property the attention it deserves with open houses and broker caravans.  If you would rather not have open houses and broker caravans that is fine - you are the boss!

10. Testimonials - We would hope anyone in the business can produce a testimonial from a happy customer.  We will provide testimonials from a customer currently on the market, or in escrow with us.
